Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully.

• Under this agreement Beautiful Moments agrees to record the wedding on the specified date and edit the footage to produce a finished video.

• A non refundable deposit of £100 secures your booking, all booking are subject to Beautiful Moments standard Terms and Conditions.

• The final balance is required six weeks before the event date.

• All prices include free travel within 40 miles of Hull, travel to elsewhere in the UK and Europe by agreement.

• The video will be edited with and your choice of music and will include a Photo Montage showing the highlights of the day. (Wedding Video Licence will be required)

• The finished DVD will normally ready 2 - 4 weeks after the ceremony but may take up to 6 weeks during busy periods (usually June, July and August).

• A second camera is often used to capture different angles but this cannot be guaranteed as it is subject to local conditions, weather conditions and permission being granted for the wedding service.

• Any specific filming opportunities must be requested in advance of the day and completed on this form. I will not be held responsible for the failure to include any material in the finished video if I have not received specific filming instructions.

• Under this agreement Beautiful Moments is assigned full artistic license in relation to all aspects of the production and the editing of this video unless specific instructions have been included on this form.

• Any changes requested to the final copy once sent out will be subject to a further charge.

• Beautiful Moments retains the copy right and ownership to the cameras, master tapes and all material recorded on at the event.

• If the wedding has to re arranged to a date were Beautiful Moments is unable to complete its responsibilities under this agreement, then the deposit paid will be refunded.

• You may cancel your agreement at any time by giving written notice. Should the notice of cancellation less than six months prior to the date of the wedding the deposit paid will not be refunded (unless the date cancelled is subsequently re-booked)

• Beautiful Moments reserve the rights to use the material recorded in the form of promotional video or showcase of its work, or in any form of media present or future.

• Addition copies of the DVD are available from Beautiful Moments at an additional charge.

• Although all reasonable steps are taken to ensure the cameras are in are in first-class condition Beautiful Moments cannot be held responsible for camera failure, if such a problem occurs.

• Inclement weather may limit the limit the amount of filming outdoors.

• DVD Compatibility - Beautiful Moments uses the DVD –R recordable DVD format for all its projects unless instructed to us DVD +R. All DVD’s are fully tested prior to delivery, Beautiful Moments cannot accept responsibility if the DVD -R or DVD +R created will not play on your DVD player because of compatibility problems. It is your responsibility to check the compatibility of your DVD player before ordering.
